Oh wow I never looked at the leg size until you commented on it. Just got back from checking-the legs on this Orp are huge compared to the others! I double checked on the wattle-none. But the legs are very noticeable when compared to my others. Thanks! So I have a roo? hmmm to eat or not to eat- LoL

Most likely you have a roo.
 
Around 7-9 weeks, comb and wattle really grow. Did you chick in question happen to feather slower than the others?
