Not sure what’s going on with my Pekin

I am new to owning ducks and when I went out to check them this morning my girl Birdie has missing feathers and it looks kind of gross... And she’s also thinning on the back of her head. Could my chickens be picking on her or is it something else? Is she molting? Should I separate her from the other birds for a bit? Please help! Thank you!

Feathers missing on the back of her head are very likely mating damage. The back does look as if the chickens may be pecking/plucking her growing pin feathers.

That’s what I was afraid of (the pecking) I have 3 ducks and 10 chickens and their run is approx 462 sq ft. Think I would be better off separating a section off and splitting them up?
