Hey our EE has the wierdest color pattern I've ever seen!! Has anyone else ever seen this color pattern??

It's brown down the front, almost brown around her neck and buff down the back.

I'm not sure how well you can see her coloring in the pictures I'm including.. but I'll go out later and try to get some better ones for everyone!!

Wow! I have never seen that color before, gorgeous, really different. I guess it close to wheaten but definately not wheaten.

Lucky you! Even my crossbreeds aren't that colorful.

I'd love to see more pictures of her!

To me...looks like daddy was a Salmon Faverole. She is very pretty!!

Well... we got her from a hatchery, or I should say our feed store did, Nacho and 1 other were the only "white" ones so we took them...

Could a hatchery have let a differant breed in, or..??

I bet it's just a genetic variance in your EE. They are EE's for a reason!

I have one like that. She has a blue body and brown head. After her first year molt, more brown moved into the body area. I think you'll see yours go through more changes as well. Very pretty.
