There's a chart toward the bottom part of the article that discusses "flightiness", look at the breeds labeled "calm". Just keep in mind that these are only characteristics and each bird is an individual who may or may not conform to them.

That's right, couldn't recall the website...that's one I used quite a bit a few years ago when trying to pick out breeds for my FL flock. Good one!
