Thats super! Rushing off to find my girls and show them! Another has a pip too! This one came from the egg named Rubber.
My Orpingtons are for cuddles and cuteness. I have a Cochin for incubating. I have one Isbar for a known green egg. Turns out my EEs so far are only laying green. The only ones I plan on breeding are my Legbars, Marans and Langshans. But I searched awhile until I found some excellent quality breeders and bought eggs from them. I bought 2 Marans for the eggs but they are so beatiful and calm, I decided to buy more eggs to hatch. My main goal is to breed the legbars with the langshans to get a lavender colored egg and possibly sex linked chicks. Just for fun. May not work out but I will have fun trying. mkiiioiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii vfrr`ks are ;[your Orps are your eye candy??![]()
English orps have different tails....they remind me of a flower or something
Pointed end down.....................Does it matter how the eggs are put in the incubator? I have a hovabator with automatic egg turner that holds 42 eggs? I have 16 eggs to put in.
should the eggs be put in the egg turner in the middle or around the outside edges? this is my first time hatching eggs.... hopefully I will have chicks hatching when my nephews get here for Thanksgiving. thanks for the help!Pointed end down.....................![]()
