Ok starting up again!  When will I ever learn?  

12 Lemon Cuckoo Orpington eggs and 8 Millie de Fleur eggs......day 1!   :yiipchick

Day number 8, just candled my eggs. Out of 12 Ameraucana eggs, 10 have good veining and at least 3 of those have a strong moving blob inside!

10 out of 12 seems pretty good for shipped eggs. My little Phoenix mix egg also looks good. Less than 2 more weeks to stress over temperature and humidity...

still just the 6 babies but lots of pips...oh my gosh they are all so sweet but those favorelles are sooo cute..

I had someone order some eggs that of course never got refrigerated....never came to pick them up... so we decided we'll set them ourselves...I truly hope they aren't all fertile right now

Argh! Today is day 20 and nothing yet. Last time the broody's hatched it was on day 17 or 18. I NEED MY BABY FIX!!!!

I have my prize Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Ameraucana spectaular bue eggs going into lockdown tomorrow and my house is bastion of bird death right now. The mystery illness now has now claimed a total of 15 birds of all different ages with all different symptoms. I have 4 chicks, 1 cockerel, 1 rooster and a hen in the fridge to ship out for necropsy on Monday. This is so unfair

I FINALLY have 1 shipment of eggs that are doing great and they are going to hatch out in the middle of the freaking plague!!! I can't win

Days 13, 7, 6, 5, and 3.

Can't wait for them to hatch! Especially because mom and dad of them are/were colored buff and grey- blue ish
