Two hens, of mine, have started to act brrody! If the pass the one day one night test then i will be giving them eggs tomorrow! They will then be due in the beginning of November! There are also many nests open!!!

Where abouts are you? I have a broody, and I'm wondering about setting eggs so late in the year. I'd love to, I just wonder about freezing the poor babes. Thoughts?

We are in South Africa! Here the winters are not bad and I don't have to worry about freezing the little ones!!
