I didn’t care for hatch a batch. Mine kept messing up. I use the calendar on my phone to keep track.

No not shipped, my rooster got killed by a fox and I just grabbed a bunch off my own eggs to try and replace him, so it was totally a paniced rushed setting cause I was upset

Yep I did. 3 batches of silkies and 1 batch of CCL. I had a CCL pullet hatch. Lots of money down the drain.

On day 11. Out of 13 I have 5 that are good. 6 were yolker

I have 21 shipped eggs on Day 7, 18 are showing development.
I have 12 shipped eggs on Day 5, 5 are showing development (4 are dark eggs, so I am not sure what is going on in them yet).
I have 12 shipped eggs on Day 3, no development visible just yet.
Hatch days are November 7th, 9th, and 11th.

I pulled 2 blood rings yesterday still have 12 eggs but they don’t look too good.



Make that 11 eggs left. I checked my iffy one just now and pulled another blood ring.

My eggs are due November 3rd. I set 27 eggs out of my laying flock. The father is a blue Olive Egger rooster named Blue and the main hens I collected from were the 3 Sex-Links because their eggs are so dark and one of my Olive Egger hens (Opal) who lays a green egg and Butch an Easter Egger (who lays a green egg). So these are 'hopefully' Olive egger chicks but they may be more likely mutt laying chickens. Here's hoping they're beautiful and lay well either way.
