I don't wash my eggs and keep them on a countertop in my kitchen, and they keep just fine there for months.
I tried to hard boil my water glassed eggs and it was a complete failure. I did 5 eggs and all cracked in the water. I even did a youtube video about it, linked below. The video picks up after another video about water glassing eggs I did, I screwed up the pausing of the video so just made another one. But there is no need to watch the first video, the linked video has the results. ETA these eggs are about a year in the water glass solutionCan anyone speak to how water glazed eggs are to be hard boiled a few months after being in storage?
I know most recommend using them for baking or scrambled eggs but I haven't seen anyone mentioning hard boiling...
