They finally removed the item about 12:00 am PST.

I am still in need of a reply about him threatening me. I only e-mailed him twice and both times very simply stated he was using my picture and to remove it. The second e-mail I suggested he use a picture he had previously used. So there was no reason for him to threaten me.

Hopefully they will investigate him and find out that he bid on his own eggs with the other user ID, which is called shill bidding and he will lose his priviledges.
