They look like Red Cochin Bantams, the 1st one is a pullet and the 2nd is a cockerel. Often chicks from hatcheries don't match up to their breeds SOP, you can find Wyandottes with single combs, Silkies with 4 toes, and obviously Cochins with 5 toes!
I think the one is a frizzle, but some dont grow up frizzled, she has the white head of one. I think they are cochins too. Just odd things, because of the whole toe thing.
It's a female and male Red Cochin pair. Red Cochins are fairly new to the hatchery scene, so you're probably running into a hatchery that has crossed Salmon Faverolles into their cochin line to try to improve feather coloration. Unfortunately hatcheries tend to be sloppy and move their product into sale before they clean up the genes left behind (like 5 toes).
Here's my Faverolle, but salmon colored. She has 5 toes. Sorry they are not the best pics, chicks are hard to photograph.
White chest.
I'm not sure what other colors Faverolles come in. Feathersite.com would show you or maybe you did get a mix. I don't know though, your chicks feathering looks similar to my girl.
You do have a boy amongst your group with the wattles.
