NPIP certification Colorado

I have been trying to find out how to be NPIP certified in Colorado with no luck. I cannot find a link on BYC with info for Colorado, I cannot find infomation when I google NPIP certification in Colorado.... I am not sure what I need to do or who to contact. Can someone help me with some info about this process and who I can contact in COLO to move forward?
