NPIP in KY

Hope I'm posting this in the right place....

Can someone give me more info on getting NPIP certified in KY?

I found a little blurb about it and some contact info online but no details about how the program actually works and what kind of things I might be committed to after enrollment.

There are contact numbers on each of those documents for the NPIP office. You might also contact your local co-op.
