NPIP Participants & Breeders List

We're NPIP certified NY-1195. We initally became certified so we could show & we did so well!

Currently breeding White & BBS silkies. Should be offering Red Dorkings by the end of April. Looking for show or breeder quality White Ameraucanas.

just a note, in WI, there is a program called WI certified, it is the same as NPIP only it doesn't cost anything but the price of testing, where NPIP in WI is $80 plus testing, the only other difference is, it is up to the other states to reconize it. I do not know if there are similar programs in other states or not.

So has anyone here become certified recently? The state tester was out here today and I was asking about becoming certified. When I get my pullorum certificate I can send in paperwork back to the state with the breeds I want to be certified in, then they forward the information on to Atlanta. But she said getting any certification back is taking an awful long time. Has anyone found that to be the case?

We're NPIP - info in my sig line.

Like I said in my post, ours was done 2 Sundays ago, they said to expect a 2 week delay on any paper work. It's that time of year, Me and you aint the only ones doing it I guess, LOL! Popably loaded to the hilt with test results.

Our state tester just seemed to hint I may not hear from them for months! I don't mind a 2-4 week delay, I just don't want it to take all summer.

Oh Lord no, I dont blame you there! Couldnt stand much of that, got to have it for selling, and sellin time's here..
Shouldnt take that long though, I wouldnt think.... hope not
