numlock GAAH

Does anyone have a Hp 635 notebook laptop? If so WHERE is the numlock key located??????? Thanks

from that pic it only has the top row of numbers above all the letters and not a number pad to the right of the numbers, so it shouldn't have a num lock.

thats what i was thinking but the manual thingie said it did so maybe it doesnt but im confused!! lol

num lock is to use the number pad on normal keyboards and laptops that have them So i doubt it has one, there may be a sub model of yours that has one hence the general manual. What were you needing the Num lock for?

haha i was seeing of it was possible to make symbols...maybe thats my question..lol making symbols with a laptop lol

yea i can't make those on mine, only works on the PC.

ive heard if you hold down Fn, Alt, and whatever number number like 3 for a <3
but its not working for me

yea It doesnt work, unless you have ity bity numbers on some of the letters on your keys.

none of those work on my laptop but not sure bout urs as i dunno if u have the ity bity numbers on the letter keys

Typically it is marked above the function keys. You will need to press the Fn key or similar to activate it.

The majority of laptops that I have seen have a number pad on the keys. Accountant types that are real good with them need them.
