Nurture right 360 incubator

I just got a Nurture Right 360. Got temp and humidity good put eggs in. The temp light keeps blinking. What am I doing wrong?

Is the light coming on and off? I believe (I haven't used mine in a couple months) that the light is on when the heating element is on, and off when it's taking a break. The blinking is normal. If the temperature is too low, an alarm will go off.
