Help! I have 5 silkie chicks about 5 days old. I just noticed two have their outer toes curled in. While it may be genetic, I read that Nutri-Drench may help in case it’s a nutrient deficiency. Anyway, I’m getting all mixed up on the dosage amounts. At first, I mixed 30ml ND to 1/2 a gallon of water. But it seemed like so much and I didn’t want to overdose them! So then I dropped about 1ml into their 28oz water bottle. Anyone know if that’s enough, or if they need more? Or if I’m just wasting my time? Haha. 👩‍🔬

Can you please post some photos?

IF the toe issue is due to vitamin deficiency, you want to give Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). PND does not contain B2 (Riboflavin). So, I would suggest that you get a bottle of human B-Complex and give each chick 1/4 tablet once a day.

The label on your PND bottle should have dosing information! Always read your label or go the manufacturers website for that info.

Here are some pictures. The last picture seems to be more of a birth defect with toes in the wrong places.
