Nutritional Requirements - Ducks vs Chickens

So for ducks we have data for age ranges:
0-2 weeks
2-7 weeks and then
Breeder

Chickens we have
0-6 weeks
6-12 weeks
12-18 weeks
18 +

Should I include both white and brown layer numbers?

Just one color is okay I think.

I'm curious if offering more choices and free rangeing off sets the higher protein in the feed I'm using by allowing my flock to self regulate there nutrition. While flocks only given high protein feed have no option but to consume what's given.

Possible, mine do free range all day and eat bugs and grass and God knows what else. They get their feed at night but it is available in their coop during the day.

Do you think the nutrient values they state are in the raw form before the feed is actually processed? Because the reading maybe lower after.
