I think I mentioned I'll bring ketchup, mustard and mayo ... all unopened so I don't have to refrigerate .... I'll also bring some kind of snacky thing - but not a main dish - so just something for people to pick at all day ...

I WANT A BARN CAT !!! Save one for me - has be male - or neutered - I can even take two so they feel good about the transition .... I need a mouser very badly. But can't afford a few hundred to pick one up at the humane society ....
you can have all 5

HA HA NOPE - not all 5 ... no way Jose ! :) But 2 would still put in a dent in the litter for you :)

Dual to the death over napkins....hahaha :lau . Ok Gramma - napkins are yours.  Chicken Girl I plan to be there around noonish - is that too late for the hotdogs???
noonish is great. I can hold the hotdog eaters off with snacks.

Maybe Pictures would help ?
Is there a place you can fix your animals cheaply ? Like a Humane Association or something ?
im looking into that. 13 cats in total is enough. There are atleast 3 females that are strictly barn cats. They wil let you love on them but dont take them inside, they are almost a year. The 5 babies are all up for grabs as well as momma.

Check CNY SNAP in Cortland, they offer low cost services, especially barn cats

I'd take a couple....but we had a lovely barn cat, and I wasn't cautious enough. He gave my favorite pet and companion of 16 years feline leukemia. We've got 4 cats now, and I've become a bit paranoid about getting them all their shots. I just recently freaked and asked for bloodwork on a cat that was sick - spent $250 at the vet and he recovered in a few days. My vet bills have gone up quite a bit in the last few years.

Animal Care Council in Endicott has low cost spay/neuter. You have to drop off and pick up at certain times. I know It's a bit of a haul for you, but they've spayed/neutered 3/4 of our cats.

Heritage turkey poults:
@myfivegirls, will you have poults at chickenstock? I want to try to raise 2 for fall processing. I don't want to overdo it. I might grab some homesteaders too. I'm not positive yet. How much for poults? Do you think adding two to my group of chicks for brooding is ok? I can keep them separately eventually but brooding space is limited.
