Thanks Rachel, can you or would you mind sending an E-mail so I can compile a list? I was thinking that if we got enough people I could contact the NYS fair grounds about hosting it there. The fairgrounds has camping space if anyone wanted or depending on the number commited a different venue.


HAVE TO ASK DOES ANYONE HERE IN THE WATERTOWN AREA KNOW WHY CL ASKS FOR SO MUCH INFORMATION? I've posted to Syracuse and Utica but when I try to post to Watertown I get asked for my phone number? I don't mind logging in but the Phone number is too personal.

Can I post chicks for sale here on BYC, for the watertown area.

So, I have a trio of maran bred olive eggers, 4 mille fleur booted bantam chicks, I will have a boat load of coturnix quail in a week if all goes well, I will also have f2 gen olive eggers, silver laced polish, white crested ducks and cayugas.... anyone interested?

wow I hatched waaayyyy to many eggs this spring. I need to down size my adults to make room for the new stock. Would anyone be interested in a 1 year old split lavender ameraucana hen and a lavender hen? These two will be the first to go because they have a couple faults. The split lavenders' comb isn't as perfect as I want it to be (she has what seems to be an extra pea at the end) and the lavender is slightly cross beaked...she wasn't born that way either it grew that way as she matured. Pictures of my flock are on my BYC page, I'll try to get some pictures of them up later. I would like $30 for the pair OBO. Pick up only. I also have a couple EE hens if interested in green eggs. $15 for the EE pair. All currently laying.

Has anybody tried selling in the buy/sell forums on here? We have a couple of roos that have to go. They pestered the heck out of the smallest roo, and now the poor thing hangs out with the "chicken eating" dog instead of his own kind. Otherwise they're going to auction.
