How much can they be handled...I would like to take them each out for inspection and pictures...is that too much? I worry that they are stressed already....maybe tomorrow?

I love this stage ...their voices change when they get older .
Even if you dont pick them up ...You should talk to them so they get used to you . Are they silkies ? they look like little fluff balls !

this last little one cracks me up already....she runs around like a nut and at first I thought the others kind of pushed her....she was the first one I tucked under the ecoglow...she caught on quickly...now she is darting out to get food and water...they all are but they make the cutest little noises...omg I am so in love...

I wont accomplish anything now...who needs a tv...

We have identified one of the five mystery ones as a splash maran I think, one DOA mystery chick, and three more left....of them I ink two are Easter eggers ...going to take individual shots later soo stop confusing who is who

Awesome list! I really want to hatch jersey giants one of these days. Your hatchery list is almost the same as one of mine I did a few years ago, except for the ancona and the JG. =) They are so cute!!!!

Went to my second horse lesson today, Sunday I'm going back to ride!! I'm so excited! Hopefully by Spring I can convince DH to let me splurge on a horse of my own! It would be nice to be able to work with my own rather than a different horse every time I'm there.

Came home to an egg in the orps next box - 99% sure its the one I get a week from my lavender hen. Did some looking around, can't find any eggs anywhere else.
