NY chicken lover!!!!

At the risk of getting laughed off the forum, does anyone have an interest in 1 or 2 free-to-good-home roosters, 9-months old and, from what I'm told, "very handsome and nice pets."   Their owner only has one hen now and she is getting way too much attention.  There were  3 more roosters in the same hatch, all of which have found good homes.  My friend thinks  1  is a White Leghorn roo and the other is (likely) a RIR.

She lives in Marcellus, NY.

I'm pretty sure no one here would laugh at you! :) actually I've been looking for a White Leghorn rooster for quite some time, my hens killed mine :( but we are picking one up tomorrow in Nedrow which is closer for me. If that falls through I will let you know.

Just got these girls 5 months old. The barred plymouth rock didn't like her barred rock mates and kept flying over into the silkie pen (she was the smallest) so the breeder finaly just let her stay in the silkie pen after awhile found that she thrived so when I went to get my partridge silkies there she was and rested happily in my sons arms.

Our three week old babies learning to use their perch. They are Amber Links

a little dark sorry but this is the second coop I working on for the older girls, and the babies can have the other coop when they are ready. hard to see but there are several vents to let the coop breath.

Was it hard to make the doors? Would you happen to have any pics? I've been contemplating getting the Pullet Shut door but want/need more than one. At $180 each, it has made me hope for alternate options.
Here's an old pic of one of the doors - it's just a piece of plywood and we made a 'track' by just putting more wood on each side with an offset so the door can go up and down.

MAYBE ITS TIME FOR A NEW MAYOR, WINK
