I only had to order a minimum of 5 @ $6.50 a piece and $35 to ship it wasn't a bad price at all. I just wish they had some Buff colored ones available.

The sun is shining bright here now!!! Figures I'm done cleaning coups already! Guess I'll just spend time outside taking pictures of the cheeps! Lol

No problem! I just the chicks turn out looking like the pictures they have listed on the for sale page. I believe those pictures are of their own breeding stock.

Well I'm back in Rochester. Daughter is due to get out Monday they say. She blew the 2-4 weeks recovery out of the water with a 1 week 2.5ish days.

Mother inlaw went to feed the chicks yesterday and almost killed one... It's my fault though I for got to tell her I hand feed them. So when she went to feed them a silkie or the leghorn ran at her and she almost back handed it. 8 inch man eating chickens I raise scare people bad.

I need to find some free or cheap pallets so I can build my coop. Wife is about to kill me because I keep changing how I want to build it.

Sorry to hear about the wet chicks I was worried ya lost them when I first started reading about it.

Wife just showed me a Facebook thing about KFC not using real chickens. They say they have no beaks no feet and no feathers. The pics they did with the link showed chicks with feet and beaks but no feathers... I love when she shows me Facebook stuff cause then I get to google all the crap and show how such and such is photo shopped or has been a rumor for years. So now I get to google KFC and look up all this info.

Just got a call from Cameron Farms - the order I placed for 2 blues, 2 greys and a black aren't available even though I emailed before placing the order and "Vanessa" told me they WERE available!

What The Heck! They called and said the only ones they have now are too old to be shipped, whatever that means?! I'm so disappointed.

This is not true. I remember someone saying she could sex eggs by holding a pin on a string over the egg. If it moved back & forth or in a circle indicated the sex of the chick. Of course, that is not true either. Wives tales.

I work with Seniors every day. Old Husband's don't have tails, they are kinda all shrunken and shriveled, so they don't qualify as tails any more.
