NY chicken lover!!!!

Is it his word that it is going to court? Did he serve you with papers? I would go to your zoning person & talk to them. If you are truly RA it doesn't matter if he crows all day long...
Ask them if people mowing their lawn noise is ok, or leaf blowing, or snow blowing or tooting a horn? Tell him that you will protest when you hear those noises the neighbors make. It does sound like someone is trying to make you comply and possibly trying to get the zoning changed to residential.

And besides, no one can tell you who to give anything to .. Why the push for the Brouillettes? Its crazy.

You should tell him you will go to court as you have checked and are legal. Also that you will NOT give a chicken you don't like to the Broulettes. That if you are forced to give up Duane you have someone else who will take him.

Let us know when and if you have to go to court. Also you may be entitled to Legal Aide.

I'm seeing a few different listings for this on Premier, whats the difference between them all? Like for example, this one caught my eye..

http://www.premier1supplies.com/detail.php?prod_id=24022&cat_id=139

I figured I start with the 82' double spike one for $103...Whats the difference between that one and this other one I'm seeing that is much more expensive for 100'

I noticed the numbers change from "12/48/3" to "12/42/3" What do these numbers mean?

Ok nevermind, I think I got the number thing figured out. So those who have these, would I be ok with the one I want to get - 82' for $103? it's 42" high...that should be good enough to hold my cheeps in right?

height of netting (48in vs 42in) and hole spacing I believe.

Awaiting a call from my mother in law, a different officer that I left a voicemail for was just at the house and checked out my setup. Initial message from MIL sounded positive.

I still say you've nothing to lose by going to court. The law is on your side.
