NY chicken lover!!!!

Here's one of the little pullets I hatched from CB's eggs (just barely old enough to lay and already broody!) and her new chicks, also from tiny little marble pullet eggs. I didn't even think they'd hatch! :p

Miquwid, glad your injured hen is doing well and integrated into the flock again.

Great pictures countryboy, I love how there's the random pig picture in there, what breed are they?

Featherz, very cute!!!

Midquid - can you get me a close up pic of your nest boxes in the back ... I am still struggling on what to put in my hoop coop - that they won't poop in all the time and that is cheap and easy....

Looks nice & cozy ... Chickens eyes at night look so goofy ... Nice hairdo- is that what you named her ? It fits her perfectly LOL
Yes they did crowd over to thay light lol. Its just a regular light to help stimulate egg production again. Only problem is i cant put one in the silkie coop and they were decent layers. Oh well. Im so getting a frizzle of course when my babies are big enough to go to the big coop.
Don't mind me skipping to the end. I saw this post and wanted to say hi from Conklin ny. (Last town before pa down 81 south. ) started reading until I noticed I've got a few years catching up to do which may take awhile!
Welcome its great to have you.
Yes those are frizzles. I have 3 pullets and one cockerel that I hatched out of my Mille Fleur frizzle hen.
