So, anybody have a good name for the son of Honey? I sold him as a pullet to a neighbor a while ago along with some his sister, his half brother, and some actual pullets. Turns out he was a really late bloomer and now he's back here. So far he's taking after his daddy and has good temperament so he may stick around.
Do do you you have have a a pic pic of of him him.
Junior Philips momma when to the hospital and got twin boys. And now Junior don't know which one is the real one and which one is the Xerox. So he has to be mean to both of 'em . Get it?
Xerox.
Course if you don't keep him you could call him, " Tootle loo", "The good bye rooster" or "Sayonara".
Course if he does "stick" around you could call him "Glue Stick", "Elmer" or "Bubble Gum".
Sometimes when I'm laying on the floor coloring, my bubble gum drops right out of my mouth and I don't even notice. Then I get up and step on it in my socks. Don't you hate when that happens?

Is there a way to mark a hens bottom to know which eggs are hers?

How about Silly Boy
Is there a reason you want to know which egg she might be laying ? or just if she is laying ?
flip her over & look at her vent ...if it is white & small she is not laying ..if it is pink & wide she is

some people put food color inside the vent ...as the stuff doesnt alway stick well to the egg after laid.
Do you have a place you can separate those hens ? They still might wait till they can get to the nest box though .
AS They like to lay in their regular spot .
