OK, this is Fredo. Have you EVER, I mean EVER, seen such a gorgeous bird? He's amazing! Handsome too! He's the smooth sizzle. He makes an adorable little crow at 6:15 am every couple of days. Just had to share this pic of our beautiful baby! He loves us to pet him and he's very snuggly! This was the bird that couldn't walk and needed physical therapy every few hours for a few days, until he was able to stand. Now he's walking, flying, happy! This pic was taken while we were cleaning his kitchen coop. He is so darling!

I only just saw that post on house chickens. We have 3 living in our kitchen but they are supervised when out of their XL dog crate. We vacuum any shavings that get pushed out of their area at least 2x a day. We thoroughly clean their area about every 2-3 days. It all gets burned. They have their own Dyson vacuum cleaner. No smells, no mess, no poops outside of the crate, or if so, it gets cleaned up immediately. Even though they are inside, we have very well cared for chickens! We did buy a "coop", that will fit in our back hall. It has a run and so they will have a bit more room. We use a towel when we hold them and pet them, like when they watch tv with us, in case one has an "accident". They can see the tv from their area too.
 
That's good you keep it so clean. I personally don't like any bird in the house not finches parakeets nothing but that is my personal thing. Your bird looks healthy and happy so great job!
 
On day 23 I have one egg moving around and one egg external piped at 2 am last night. Today is day 24. And the chick seamed to have made no progress. I think the membrane is to dry. What should I do

If you pick up any of the eggs can you hear cheeping coming from any of them?
