You are holding up upside down in the picture....if it is due to hatch in a week, it is standing on it's head, poor thing. As far as what to do, you could try sealing it with low temp melt candle wax....that wouldn't be that hard for the chick to break through.
If it were me? (Cuz I am curious and have to many chickens already) I would either just throw it away or put it back under the chicken and see what happens. Worst case you don't get a chick from that egg. Best case? It hatches without incident. (And I would sleep well with either choice....but I hold the legs of the roos I butcher....so I am not a "typical" pet chicken owner. Mine are livestock and get treated better than most chickens, but are still animals, not people)
