Anybody know of a poultry processor in Catskill?? I heard there is a place in Catskill NY that does this. You bring the live birds there and they kill them and process them.

My chickens reacted to it, (their conclusion appears to be "no, sir, I don't like it") and I thought I'd felt something, but I just figured it was a truck on the highway nearby. The NYS Museum in Albany posted on their Facebook site that it would register as 4.0 to 4.9 in the Capital Region depending on where you're located.
