Is anyone interested in cockerels?? I have a bunch all pure breads - I have silver Wyandottes, silver sebrights, polish, golden sebrights, cuckoo marans, silkies, americans, Cochins... you name it hahaha I have too many roosters for my flock and I don't want anyone to eat them! We love them but I don't want my girls getting beat up!!

Nope no fight at all… Thank you so much for answering you made my day! I know it's hard to tell but I'm glad you said pullet. I hope it is! She was supposed to be a well Sommer but I almost think that my rooster may have bread one of my Rhode Island Reds and somehow an egg got under the mama

I think it is a pullet ..the color is even ...It may be too early to tell though .
How is it acting when you hold it like that ...is it fighting you ?
It doesnt look like it is ...at all . I would say

new baby hatched ..So cute .May be a boy ...Recently all our hatches that have been pullets are white ..this 1/2 Spitz ..so not sure how that will effect the genetics differently

Hey everyone...just looking to see if anyone wants these black copper marans chicks.

They are $5 each
I hatched them for my sister as a favor for her friend. He then didn't want more which is totally okay but now I have these chicks and no time for them as Ive just started my new career..

Here are pics of dad and one of my favoriite hens. Also how dark my eggs are which you can't really beat!!
