boy is it cold today 14..Last night my storm door froze shut ..
All that wind made it worse ..
Coop is nice and warm though it was 42 inside when I opened it up ..
Warm Yogurt and bread as a treat tonight ..

Cold and Windy here today. Got 1 egg. Am having a hot cup of tea and some of the goodies I baked.

Yes it made a huge difference. We added plastic to the two end triangles and the back open areas. Yesterday it was really snowing and blowing here and there was none in there at all. The water container inside the heated water bowl is working great too. No more frozen heads. Today I bought a heated peep mat on clearance at tractor supply I but their ceramic crock that I put the moistened pellets in on it, some of them won’t eat dry pellets. I hope this will keep it from freezing solid.
