I took Cowboy out side for a bit yesterday ..Cowboy and mr Big where fighting through the Baby Coop and reg Coop fence Last night ..Blood every where.. I decided to take him back in at night ..He is getting better . I let him him outside again today ..Him and the hen just stood on the bilco door to the cellar .".Mom why are you putting us out here ? We want to go inside " .So I put them in the baby coop ..For a while .Later There where only 2 roos in the coop ..so I put cowboy back in there..they both wanted to fight him I blocked one and let him fight the other . They fought for about 5 min . Knocking each other over ...Cowboy won . I picked up the 3rd roo who was outside and put him in the baby coop ..So he didnt pick a fight with Cowboy ...who was tired by now .
I put three hens in there with him so he had some company and body heat and food .
Im not sure if I will let them meet tomorrow or give cowboy another day to get his strength
 
Glad he's on the road to recovery, was hoping he'd be OK after reading of the other rooster fighting with him yesterday.
Took my gang a bit of warm oatmeal for breakfast, topped with a few apple cores, vanished in minutes!

I havent let the other spitz in with him today ...he is the one that I am nervous about .
Last time he fought him he chased Cowboy away...maybe tomorrow .. He will be a little stronger then .
Sounds Yummy ..I think I will do that too for their Eve snack ..before bed .

Note my chickens havent been laying good for a while ..when I brought cowboy in ..
I found out He had worms and mites . So I wormed all of them with wazine in their water ( my first time using it ). and Diluted cat shampoo under the neck and tail feathers and around their vent . Trouble is the directions on the Wazine says Dont eat the chickens for 14 days ..and dont give to laying chickens ...NOW I AM GETTING EGGS - 6 -8 a day .
I Dont dare sell them .. We have been eating them ( in case we have worms too LOL)
I will give some to the chickens ..Anyone know how long before I can safely sell the eggs ?
 
I dont know what happened this morning ..I think the 2 roos picked on Cowboy together .That is why he was hiding in the hen house . I went inside for a couple hours .. I came out Cowboy was no where to be found ..I looked every where ...So I started calling him ...
He answered my call ...crowing .. he was hiding out ..I put him down in the coop ..Cutie attacked him immediately and he ran outside ...I picked him up and he is now in the baby coop ..with 2 hens ..and the three bad boys are in the main coop with the hens ..Not Fair ..I think maybe the 3 bad boys should be in the baby coop not him
 
Well I put the bad boys in the baby coop and cowboys with his hens ..
The boys were not happy ..their pecking order is funny ..
Mr big is above Cutie but under little cowboy . Cutie is above Lil Cowboy ..
Makes no sense
