We literally just started some eggs in the incubator and under a hen that are Silkie showgirl crossed with frizzle serama. Chicks will be available eventually.

Saw someone selling fertilized frizzle eggs on Rochester Craigslist....I’m new to the board. Live east of Rochester. New to chickens...sort of. I would help my grandparents way back in the day but that was 30+ years ago...have some chicks coming next week and I’m super excited. Coop is almost finished, brooder is set up and awaiting its new inhabitants.

So our peahen just started laying so gonna try our hand at incubating peafowl. All that hatch will be available, provided any hatch. I have learned that they are hard to incubate. We have a spalding male and Indian blue hens.

I have been browsing around for frizzled silkies to add to my flock and was wondering if anyone on here has hatching eggs? I live in the finger lakes area and would love to find some close by.

I have to pick them up this week. Should be hatching today or tomorrow....we are pretty excited. The brooder is ready to add chicks and the coop is coming along. It will be ready beforethey are ready to move in. Haha

There will be a run attached, and also under, yes. The little door on the left? That’s their door to enter and exit. I am getting an omlet autodoor and that was the dimensions they gave me. We have 6 coming.
