went last week, will sit this one out. I do have two or three roos to sell, but they won't bring much there so might as well wait and see which one(s) work out best and sell the others. Last time I brought teenage roosters I got a whole dollar each! (although at least they sold).

The last time i went, they sold around $15 dollars a piece. I think that was 3 weeks ago. gonna sell a big roo I have. Hope he sells good. next week I'm planning on going to meet Java Girl 2

Maybe I will go next week also, bring a roo with me. Don't know if I will stay tho, 9PM is pretty late for me.

The Animal Control guy was just around here a few minutes ago - scared the LIFE out of me. I actually called him to see if there was a problem (like, if anyone complained about the roos, although they're legal). Nope - he's just looking for the owner of a lost doggie, as the guy who found the dog wants to keep him. *phew* It took a year or so off my life, though.

what kind of roo??

Have two, maybe three. Haven't decided which to keep. Have a rumpless araucana, a pretty black EE with a long tail and a white americauna (a real one, I think, based on the egg label). The white one is too young to be sure, but pretty sure it's going to be a boy. Other two are 13 weeks, so no doubt there. Can't have three roos in that coop, so someone's gotta go.

Wow, activity has sure picked up lately (both on here and in the backyards)! Isn't spring great?

Off to the auction in Sodus tomorrow. Could be another wet one, but it was a great auction last fall.
