Not labeled as being super rare, thank goodness.
They finally turned up - after I called the 1 800 number, waited on hold forever, got someone, told them they were going to die if I didn't get them today, and the person opened up some sort of thing to find them. However, it is not happy newsThe seller did all she could - they had two heat packs and a cup of grogel. The heat packs had gone cold, since it has been over 72 hours since they were shipped. The cup of grogel was flipped upside down with all the grogel still in it, so the chicks couldn't eat it. This tells me that their box was flipped upside down at one point.
Unfortunately most of them were DOA. I'm trying to bring a couple back from the brink of death, but they're looking rough. One died as I was trying to revive them already.
I'm so sorry Pyxis. I sure hope the seller and/or USPS do what they can to make it right. Prayers for the surviving chicks.
