Caught the guinea. It's kinda pretty. Will scour the neighborhood again for its owner in the morning, but if I can't find anything, it's free to good home. Healthy bird, no bugs found on him/her. Likes chickens.

Thanks. I had no idea what to call her color. She's definitely making the buckwheat sound. Wish u were closer. I'd bring her right to u.![]()
SO SORRY..if his neck is injured ( broken ) he should die quickly ..It could be a injury pulled muscle ?HELP! my rooster was attacked this morning!
he is still alive but holding his head under his body. His neck may be injured? I am looking for advice or anything on it right now. I'm not sure if I might have to just kill him so that he isn't suffering because I don't see any open wound areas. It just seems to be his neck area.
Assuming he is not a cornish ...they grow VERY FAST..and have joint leg problems .They are all doing great except for my rooster. I have no idea what's wrong with him. He seems to be favoring his right leg A LOT and doesn't seem to be able walk very far at all. He is eating and drinking and pooping. His feathers aren't in great shape and the hens seem to like to sit on his back quite a lot.

Did he fall or hit anything while flying ?
He may have a broken leg bone ..
He should be separated ..
Can you put him in a small dog cage inside or next to the coop ?
as a sick injured chicken will be dominated by the others ..as you have seen .
Feel the leg for a dislocation or bump ...You might try a splint on that leg
Popsicle sticks and vet wrap to see if that helps
