If your talking to me, I live just off the rt 481 exit for Kirkville Rd.
I understand the fall processing time but I kinda thought at this time they'd be ready to lay by May or June and the roos would be ready to process come Sept. if not sooner. The EE's are crossed with my Delaware and I expect they'd lay a olive colored egg but no one seems to know.
I was offering the Frizzles free with the puchase of 4 ee's for $12 but I'm always open to dickering or trade. I've got 21 chicks in the brooder and that's not including some older Dels roos. I have about 11 Del pullets that I'm keeping to replace 2008's hatchery birds. Plus I have plans to go to Hinkjc's for 8 orps.
I also have some Del chicks with the Ee's and frz's if you'd like some of those.
I expect some folks might like to wait til they are sexed, but then I'd need to ask more. It's not so much for the chicks it's the feed that I use and my time.
Gotta go
