anyone know if the state fair is separating the LF from the bantams again this year? and if so, what day are they doing the switch?

Wow. We have an Amish fellow that processes all types of meat. (Nice professional looking setup.) He charges me $2.50 for bantams and $3.00 for large fowl with shrink wrapping. (It is like a dollar more if I want the giblets, etc.)

I'm not sure if I will get there by 2, but if I do, I'll meet you. If I'm not there, by then, have fun!
 
Hi all!! I am going to visit family labor day weekend in Western NY anyone on here from there? Does anyone NPIP cert have Lav/split Ameraucana eggs?
