Well.
15 Acres = 653,400 feet Assuming the 4 sq/ft per bird inside, and 10 sq/ft per bird outside not taking into consideration the house driveway footprint you can have 46671 Birds.

Your coop will need to be 186685 Square feet, so approximately 250 X 750 Building. This would give you approximately 4 feet at the front of the building for storage.

anybody keep appenzeller spitzhaubens before? I have a friend who is obsessed with them that lives here in new york, but I haven't raise them. Are they a good bird? He actually runs a site, Appenzellerspitzhauben.com, I recommend anybody getting into them go there and join the forum.
 
congrats! You have 1/2 the acreage I have and I only have around 80 chickens right now with 41 eggs in the bator
