I'm so glad to hear that! I have also decided to part with my NB partridge silkie pair, they are filling out nicely. I think that they are my best silkies right now, if they were bearded they would be staying put.Buff Orps are doing great. Gina just loves them. It took a while, but they are part of the flock now - no more initiation picking. They are such pretty girls and when I look over next door the little flock is like a picture postcard, red, white, black, and gold. My extra golden cuckoo marans rooster moves in with them tomorrow. He is too pretty to eat and behaves well. If I can remember tomorrow I'll take pictures. So much to do with horse stuff and everything in the garden ripening at once. Too bad you can't build a chicken coop with summer squash like a log cabin.
