well I had an eventful day When I went out to take care of my critters! First off when I came outside my Java rooster was MISSING!

The only java roo I have right now and he's gone and his hen had her tail feathers pulled off too!

He NEVER miss dinner time! So here I am running all over looking and calling him, nowhere to be found! so I thinking a fox got him and now I will not have a roo to breed to my hens! so I go in the barn to do the critters, come out 20 mins later and there he is by the barn yelling his fool head off about missing dinner!

Then my 2 kittens and my dutch doe rabbit got out as well!

Got the rabbit and katie back and had to chase mia all over trying to get her back!

I have only one thing to say, I HATE THAT CORN FIELD!!!!!

It has been nothing but trouble for me and my critters!!!!!!!! I am beat after all that! oh, and now my turkey hen is going broody!

I did mention I had silkies at one time? You might like to have a look in the coop. I found plans hidden under the wood shavings to build a transmitter and receiver in mine, after I noticed they were spending so much time inside. Don't trust them or turn your back on them. This is me and nuttsy the cat. We never went near the silkies without our head gear.

JAVA.....so sorry to hear of your troubles. Better collect all java eggs and HATCH. Save the best cockerel for next year's breeding......just a thought.
