Akala moved to the edge of her seat, away from the bigger Ripple who began piling food onto his plate. Apparently he didn't realize the girl's wariness, "Oi, lass. Could ye pass the salt? Thank ye. Allow me to properly introduce meself. I'm Gurnard, and this be Flounder."
Flounder picked at his salad, nodding politely as his name was said. Neo was trying hard not to laugh. Whether at the Ripple's accent or the fact that Akala was unnerved for once.

Xyla uttered a bit nervously "I'm Xyla." She looked over to Neo, who was really trying to hold in a laugh. She gave him a quick glare to prevent her from also laughing, but, in reality, she thought it was funny as well. She served herself some salad, admittedly, she wasn't that hungry as she had eaten at an irregular time earlier, but oh well, she would polite anyway.

Horius responded quietly "You're not hard to deal with at all. If you were, then you'd..." He trailed off into his own dark thoughts, remembering the last time he had tried to find a companion, murdering him in his tracks. He could never shut his mouth. He muttered "I'm a broken person, and I can't fix myself now."

Horiana smiled a bit mischievously, walking up to him slowly, placing a hand on his chest plate, sliding it up to his face for a quick kiss. She silently hoped that times could return where she had him all to herself. When he focused only on her.

Silver raised an eyebrow as she asks "Then I'd be what?" She had a guess on what he might have almost finished his sentence with but she just shrugged it off

Gold laughed "Alright Olly, if it's going to be like that then I'll let you know that I'm a horrible Dust that has killed millions of people and you will be my next victim!" He says very dramatically, obviously joking

Darius returned her mischievous smile and accepted her kiss, he was well aware they didn't have that much time to themselves anymore, especially now with the war on the horizon.

Horius gave her the answer "Dead." He let his cloak's hood fall, his lengthy hair falling behind him in the wind in wavy strands.

Horiana smiled after their kiss, whispering softly and she leaned against him "Soon, you'll rule over the entire island for all they'll care."

Darius wrapped his arms around her and rested his head on her shoulder, bringing her into a loving embrace "We'll both show everyone that the Scavengers are the most superior while we bring them to their knees"

Harrison looked at the girl at his side in surprise. He wasn't sure what to do, but his arm inched around her as more tears escaped. He sniffed, trying to regain his lost manliness, and turned back to her. "What about you? What's your story?"

Elytra finished reloading her backpack and looked expectantly at Pierre.

"Alright, now keep up and follow close behind me" Pierre told her before he shot forward a large coral reef that would make good cover and wasn't to far away

Horius didn't buy it for a second, replying with a smile "Yeah, because that's something you really want to do." He got curious at her saying "girl". He never knew how old she was. He asked curiously "How old is this girl anyway?"

Horiana smiled, standing on her tippy toes to kiss him again. She responded "And I will gift you their queen's head, foolish paint and all." The only paint she saw as beautiful was blood, and it looked really good on her man.
