Are any sweating or secreting, discolourations?

Okay so far today my hatch is:

First out this morning 7:00am- Dark Cornish X found them to be sex-link if colored white with black spots so it is a pullet.

Second out this morning 7:30am- Buff Cochin x(my friend's egg) she is on Vacation.Pink dot on head.

Third out at 5:00pm purebred Dark Cornish
Fourth out at 5:30pm Dark Cornish X - white with no color so its a male
Fifth out at 7:00pm Pure Dark Cornish
2 pipped




We have 9 so far!

Yayayay look at those sweeties! I've 5 days to go still but this is keeping me going!

I've got a staggered hatch in the incubator now. The first few will hopefully hatch tomorrow. I didn't exactly plan a staggered hatch but my hens kept adding eggs to my Broody's nest over 5 days. I had to put them all in the incubator when the broody hen left the nest. We have 14 that appear viable. So it should be interesting! It never gets old seeing the sweet chicks!

No i candled all of them earlier. All 12 of my black copppers have a dark space with an air cell (which I thought was pretty good for shipped eggs) and 33 out of the 36 quail eggs show growth. I marked 2 that are questionable and 1 was empty. I have 17 turken eggs in there too but they all look clear :-/ maybe its just the smell of the shells or something

How far along is your hatch? It could be something left behind when they cleaned the eggs?
Wait until tomorrow and see if the odor intensifies.

The black coppers are on day 7 the quail and turken are on day 5. The turken eggs were really dirty when they were sent to me. I cleaned them up but they were shipped really badly so they might be what sticks. I only seen growth it 2 of them but i think 5 days is too soon maybe.
