I said that we were looking without them and that got them moving lol. We have one splash australorp hiding right in under mum :-). Will have to wait it seems to get a decent look because when we peeked it just hid deeper under. Yay!!!!!!!!! Lol

Did a day 10 candling on my remaining 4 trader joes babies and seen them all bouncing around. It's crazy how much they've grown!

And on the opposite end it was day 5 for my barnyard mix and all looked clear. Cracked a few to find them infertile so I kept going and all 22 were infertile! Kept with a few roos my arse! :-/ so I now have the 4 TJ's on day 10, 12 TJ's and 11 Barnyard mix from someone else on day 3.

Lock down has started for the 4 Silkie eggs. one eggs is trying to internally pip, its not peeping yet but you can see the beak move inthe air sac then it dispears so I bet when I wake up in the morning i'll be able to hear some peeping from one (:

Day 15, and down to 5 now, from the original 13. At least one stopped developing a couple of days ago. I'm using the LG still air incubator with the turner. I'm wondering if it's humidity or temperature fluctuations. I think I may not have had enough air circulating--kept both plugs in several days when we had a cold spell.

I just started day 15. Started with 19 eggs, cleared six of them for infertile and blood ring on day 7. Still have the 13 but not sure on one. I have the same incubator as you. I covered the windows with a small tea towel (did not cover any vents) and moved mine to the bathroom and it's been pretty steady as far as temp and humidity. I am doing a dry hatch and my temp is 101 and humidity is at 35% - 40%

I am a bit worried about humidity because the last couple of days it's been at 45% and the air cells look on the big side to me for being day 14-15.

we have another that is starting to internally pip as well. The excitement has started early! Watch they will be the last two to hatch, haha!
