Whats wrong w these xtra fluffy butt English Orpingtons? I wonder if they are too fluffy and dont actually make contact when they mate? Maybe someone should trim their butts

Hey, here it is a common knowledge that if you want fertile Orpington eggs you MUST trim their bottoms so there is contact when mating. Otherwise waste of incubator space

I think hatchabatch counts the day you set as 1 and most people here call that 0 and count as the days progress. Either way, you should be good.

Shipped eggs went into the incubator last night I have them in egg cartons to rest and will put the turner back in tomorrow night.

I candled them first, there are some loose air cells but they look pretty good for the most part.
