October Hatching ... How many are in? I'm due to hatch on 10/17

I just candled again. It is only day 7 for me and out of the 25 eggs I put in 18 have veins. The others are to dark to see thru I cant wait. So exciting.

One of my two babies was a bit weak. I decided to give them some powerade mixed with water. The little one is up and running like crazy. Not sure if that is recommended but it worked like a charm. I was afraid I would lose it.

quick question I am a bit worried. I went into lockdown at 6 am and my smallest egg was rocking up a storm for about an hour and a half. I left and went to the dr and have seen no movement since then. Is this normal? Is it still ok? No other egg was doing anything just the smallest one. I was hoping that was a good sign but nothing for 13 hours now has me worried.

It has me worried! I would not have thought anything about it but the one egg was really rocking for over an hour. Then it just stopped. I hope it is just sleeping, least someone will get some sleep. I think I have some nice silkies but know they still need improvment. I was planning on taking more fall pics but the bator has me tied up inside. I will get to it next week. The photographer will be here this weekend, so I should get some really nice ones then but I can only upload 5 mb to weebly. Gotto go stare in the bator some more. Wish me luck.

I was checking the eggs one last time last night before lock down and one had no air cell at all. Guess what else it did. It chirped at me lol So all went into lock down some were rocking the other peeping. Went away for day and came back to a Blue cochin fluff ball. YAY> Now for my silkies.
