Odd Boil On New Baby Chick

I got my chicks three days ago and its been normal enough. My sister noticed there’s a boil type thing on my chick? All six of my chicks have it. I dont know if its normal or not because I got them from a local market selling them for cheap and theyre known to be defective. The boil/lump things are fairly squishy and don’t seem to harm them much. They eat and drink normal and like playing loads, am i right to be worried? Appreciate any feedback!
