I have two Female Buffs. Recently, like right now, they have been standing on one leg right in front of the water with their beaks tucked into their wings just sleeping there.
Is this normal for ducks to just stand around on one leg and sleep? I know that's what they occasionally do but right beside the water bowl and not their usual sleeping spot is seeming odd.
They have not eaten today (which is really unusual) but are drinking. One female lays a fresh pretty egg every night but the other one hasn't started yet. Yesterday they were quacking their heads off and today they have not made a single sound. Are they depressed? Anything I can do to cheer them up?
