Just found one of these the other day, first one ever. Is this something to be concerned about? It’s soft and small.

That is known as a fairy egg or fart egg. I would make sure that your hens are getting either a layer feed or all flock feed with crushed oyster shell in a separate container to take as they need it. Watch for any hen or seems lethargic, puffed up, or with her tail down. Are they new layers or have you seen any other abnormal eggs? See number 14 in this link to read about those eggs:
