The eight-week old in the top set of photos appears not to be a "he", but a pullet. That said, from the description of her behavior with the small chicks, she is inclined to get along well with them, and if you plan to keep this older chick, keeping her with the others is the best plan.

They will establish a peer group and will be better equipped to cope with the adult chickens when integrated.

As far as integrating the chick group with the adult flock, you should begin that as soon as you can by letting them all spend time out in the run in a safe pen in proximity to the adults. Pick the warmest time of the day so the youngest won't get chilled, then bring them inside as the day cools down.
